These Terms govern use of the online store Pats Sev Meistars (https://darupats.lv/) and distance contracts between seller and buyer. Effective as of 14.08.2026.

2. General
By using the website and placing an order, you confirm you have read these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns. We may update these Terms; the current version is always on this page.
3. Products and prices
Descriptions, images and prices are informative. Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. We may correct obvious errors before order confirmation.
4. Orders and contract
An order is accepted when you receive a confirmation email. The distance contract takes effect upon payment (or confirmation if another method applies). Provide accurate contact and delivery details.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise stated.
6. Delivery
Delivery times, costs and methods are described on Shipping & Returns. Times are indicative and may change due to carriers.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving goods without giving a reason, under applicable consumer law. Notify us at info@darupats.lv. Goods should be unused and in original packaging where possible. Some goods may be excluded by law (e.g. sealed hygiene items, personalised goods).
8. Registered users
You are responsible for accurate account data and password security. Registered customers may receive a member discount and promotions as stated on the site.
9. Intellectual property
Site content and the Pats Sev Meistars / DARU PATS brand are protected. Commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Statutory quality rights remain unaffected.
